If you were in search of the Text language Translator, that means you have not yet used office application at their extended limits for sure. Why I am saying like this ? Because the Excel 2007 / 2010 can be used as the language Translator for Text Paragraphs. Translating Text into different languages worldwide is the easiest way to get your text translated. Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010 provides the users to Translate text into different languages via Research Tab under Review Ribbon in Excel. Lets See at the steps to use Excel as a Language Translator :
Steps to Use Excel 2007 / 2010 as Language Translator Tool :

- Click on the Cell that contains the Text or Paragraph to be Translated.
- Click on the Translator Button available under View Ribbon Under Research Tab.
- Excel Translator Utility opens on the Right View Bar as shown in the Figure.
- Change the To / From Languages if required in Translator View.
- Press Enter, to get you Text Translated.
- If you are happy, Press the Insert Button on Translator View.
- You can change the directory used for Translation from Advanced Option
- Available as Translation Option within Translator View.
- Enjoy Excel Language Translator Tool
