After the installation of the Word Doc Translate Add on, you would get a additional tab on your Office 2007 World Ribbon named “Doc Translate” as shown in the figure below :

With document opened in Office 2007, click on doc translate tab to open translational settings pop-up window. Select the ‘from’ – ‘to’ languages and document type among: new, inline, same, end of document.
