Translate Word Doc | Office 2007 Add on


In an world where every 100 kms, you find a new language, translation utility would be one of the most important tool for better communication with world becoming smaller and smaller. There would be many instance when you need to translate a whole word document and you find it really annoying, time wasting and difficult to copy and paste each sentence on to the online web translators like Google translate or many others.

One of the easiest way to solve the problem of translation within your office 2007 without losings your format is installing the Office 2007 customized Translation Add on. After the installation of the Word Doc Translate Add on, you would get a additional tab on your Office 2007 World Ribbon named “Doc Translate” as shown in the figure below :

With document opened in Office 2007, click on doc translate tab to open translational settings pop-up window. Select the ‘from’ – ‘to’ languages and document type among: new, inline, same, end of document.

Requirement :

  1. Office 2007 – Word & Doc Translate Installer
  2. Admistrative Rights to install Doc Translate.
  3. Live Internet Connection (This is because the Doc Translate Add on uses the Windows Live Translate to perform the translation).

Now that, you have done all the home work, open the document to be translated, and click on to the Doc Translate Tab and select the From and To Option in the pop up Window, Enjoy the Hassle free translation of the whole word document.
