  1. Choose Page Setup from the Print menu or choose Print Preview and click Setup.
  2. Click the Sheet tab.
  3. In the Print section, check Gridlines and Row And Column Headings.
  4. Click Ok

Steps to Add Gridlines & Headlings in Print (Excel 2007) :

  1. Click the Page Layout tab.
  2. Check Print And Headings under Gridlines.
