In Most of the Cases, Taskbar get Full with too many Windows  and Application opened together and even Windows default Grouping of similar Windows is not effective, that is were the Small Utility like Tray it or Iconize need is felt,  which can Minimize any Windows and Application to the System Tray.

As the name suggest, this free utility can convert any Window or application in the System Tray Icon for effective and productive use of many windows and application together without confusion.
